Description

  • Establish operational plans for the Product Management team.
  • Define and drive the product business plan, strategy, and positioning to align with corporate growth objectives.
  • Gather market and partner requirements by interacting with customers and prospects.
  • Create and communicate technical and functional specifications to the development team.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on overall business and partner needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional development efforts through implementation and subsequent support.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption rates, user experience, and production issues.
  • Proactively identify market opportunities and analyze competitive landscape, trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide support to the Product Management team, including coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to other team members when required.
  • Represent ConnectWise in partner engagements, events, conferences, and other external venues.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage large, complex projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Recognized expert in the applicable work area.
  • Ability to situationally adapt and learn new technologies and processes to meet business and partner requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining high quality and attention to detail across multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to partner- and team-oriented management.
  • Strong knowledge of software development, database, server/client, and related technical concepts.
  • Strong understanding of modern product management techniques and methods.
  • Knowledge of the MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Agile methodology, software development life cycle (SDLC), and Atlassian product suite; availability to work US-Remote (EST working hours) and willingness to travel up to 10%.
