Description

  • Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline and book meetings.
  • Partner with Marketing to design, test, and optimize go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and provide insights on messaging, targeting, and conversion.
  • Build and refine outbound and inbound playbooks based on real-world learnings.
  • Share best practices and market insights across Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Manage daily outreach, research, and discovery conversations while meeting activity and meeting targets.
  • Help test new growth initiatives and influence how Connecteam scales into new markets and customer segments.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, experimental environment.
  • Execution-driven with a strong ownership mentality and ability to drive results independently.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems creatively.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Competitive, driven, and motivated to grow within sales.
