Description

  • Proactively engage existing customers through calls, email, and social outreach to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Make 140+ calls per day in a high-volume environment.
  • Prospect into a defined target audience with high expansion potential.
  • Book qualified demos for Expansion Account Managers and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Manage all prospecting activity in HubSpot CRM and keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Partner with the Account Management team to share feedback on lead quality, lead sources, and product or industry insights.
  • Experiment with outreach strategies across customer segments to improve opportunity generation.
  • Contribute ideas, insights, and energy to help shape the growing XDR team.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role; SDR experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain value propositions clearly.
  • Ability to tailor messaging to different customer personas.
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn the product in depth.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability when facing challenges or rejection.
  • Comfortable working US business hours, Monday–Friday, remotely.
  • Monday–Friday working hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
