Description

  • Own the day-to-day performance and architecture of the NetSuite system.
  • Partner with Accounting, Operations, and Sales to understand business objectives and evaluate requested changes.
  • Reduce unnecessary customizations and promote standard NetSuite functionality to protect long-term system stability.
  • Audit existing workflows, scripts, and processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify single points of failure, security vulnerabilities, and fragile workflows, and build more resilient solutions.
  • Design, test, and deploy SuiteScript, workflows, and integrations when needed.
  • Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable business intelligence.
  • Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and access controls while following change management policies.
  • Provide front-line user support, troubleshooting, and training as the technical point of contact.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
  • Experience with NetSuite OneWorld is a plus.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is required.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite reporting/analytics.
  • Preference for native NetSuite solutions over custom builds.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset and ability to assess cross-functional impact of changes.
  • Confidence and tact to push back on over-customization and propose better alternatives.
  • Bonus certifications include ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics, or SuiteFlow/SuiteScript.
  • Occasional availability outside standard business hours may be required for critical implementations.
  • Must have unrestricted right to work in the United States, including U.S. citizens and Green Card holders.
