Description

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for customer adoption and expansion.
  • Establish frameworks and KPIs to measure adoption, value realization, expansion, and advocacy impact.
  • Unify customers from both sides of the acquisition into one community and adoption journey.
  • Build marketing programs that drive product adoption, cross-sell, and upsell from onboarding through advanced use cases.
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop best-practice content, playbooks, benchmarking, and success metrics.
  • Own customer communication channels, including campaigns, email, community hub, webinars, and user groups.
  • Design and scale high-impact programs such as Technical Advisory Boards, executive forums, and customer events.
  • Turn customer insights and data into customer marketing strategies that improve measurable outcomes.
  • Develop customer storytelling and advocacy that highlights business outcomes, innovation, and brand ambassadorship.

Requirements

  • 5–9 years of experience driving customer adoption and customer expansion in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building scalable customer programs that drive measurable adoption, retention, and expansion results.
  • Strong ability to translate customer data and insights into customer marketing strategies.
  • Skilled in customer storytelling beyond traditional case studies to highlight business outcomes and innovation.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to inspire customers to become brand ambassadors.
  • Familiarity with DXP, CMS, personalization, or related digital experience technologies preferred.
  • Experience working in an AI-forward environment and using AI tools and technologies as part of day-to-day work, problem-solving, and learning.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Preference for a fun, positive, collaborative culture.
