Description

  • Design, deploy, configure, administer, and maintain enterprise security platforms across endpoint, identity, data protection, and monitoring domains.
  • Lead security technology deployments and complex initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
  • Support and optimize EDR, SIEM, DLP, identity security, and endpoint protection technologies.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows, macOS, Linux, cloud, identity, and security environments.
  • Monitor platform health, coordinate upgrades and lifecycle management, and support incident response activities.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and drive automation, platform enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Develop security standards, technical documentation, operational procedures, and deployment guides.
  • Collaborate with Security Operations, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Security Architecture, IT, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Engineering teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers, lead technical discussions, and contribute to engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and administering enterprise security technologies.
  • Experience implementing and managing endpoint security, EDR, SIEM, or related security platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and modern identity security concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows security administration for servers and endpoints.
  • Working knowledge of macOS, Linux, cloud security, and associated security controls.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple technology domains.
  • Experience leading technical projects from concept through implementation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred: experience with DLP, SaaS security, security automation, Agile methodologies, large enterprise security programs, and cross-functional security teams.
  • Preferred: CISSP, GIAC, Security+, SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500, or equivalent certification.
