Description

  • Own the complete lifecycle of Android products from research and design to implementation and delivery.
  • Design, develop, and lead or co-lead the development of Android applications according to established requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, analysts, quality assurance, and other teams to translate designs into production-ready products.
  • Debug, diagnose, and fix issues in new and existing applications to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Train, supervise, and provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers and project team members.
  • Follow, improve, and document the software development lifecycle and engineering practices of the company.
  • Stay current with development best practices, productivity tools, and new technologies and share findings with the team.
  • Write high-quality code that adheres to coding guidelines and maintainability, testability, and design principles.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on Android development experience with demonstrated expertise in Kotlin.
  • Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and a deep understanding of modern Android frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data structures and algorithms and experience with at least one programming language.
  • Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and the ability to learn new methods and processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for technical discussions and collaboration.
