Description

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS while ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Support the new hire onboarding process through coordination, documentation, and employee experience support.
  • Assist with benefits administration tasks, including enrollments, audits, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards and help analyze data to support business decisions.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for talent acquisition activities such as interview scheduling, background check screening, and candidate tracking.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives, including documentation updates.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, interpret policies, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex matters when needed.
  • Support general HR operations and assist with miscellaneous team projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in data and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with HR systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Prior internship or coursework related to HR, business analytics, or operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship and transfer sponsorship, including CPT/OPT, are not available.
  • Availability for a 10-week internship starting June 1 and ending on or around August 7, up to 40 hours per week.
