Description

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Professional Development suite and AI Professional Development offerings.
  • Drive business outcomes across the portfolio, including enrollment, revenue, margin, retention, learner value, and P&L performance.
  • Lead AI-driven product innovation by translating emerging AI capabilities into practical, outcome-oriented learning experiences.
  • Define customer problems, navigate ambiguity, and make product decisions that create measurable business impact.
  • Improve the full product lifecycle from content ideation and production through delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Build and use continuous feedback loops from behavioral data and learner insights to refine strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Co-own go-to-market planning with marketing, growth, sales, and delivery teams, including positioning, packaging, and launch readiness.
  • Influence cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Content, Marketing, and Delivery without direct authority.
  • Evaluate buy-versus-build opportunities for AI education services and integrate advanced AI tools into workflows.
  • Ensure AI products are responsible, ethical, reliable, scalable, and trusted by learners.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of product management experience with ownership of strategy, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling education, EdTech, or curriculum-based products.
  • Instructional design experience and deep understanding of learning theory, interactive course elements, and the full course lifecycle.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence teams without direct authority.
  • Experience owning or materially influencing P&L, pricing, financial forecasting, and business-focused product decisions.
  • Proven ability to work through ambiguous problem spaces and use customer signals to guide decisions.
  • Daily applied experience with AI tools in product workflows, especially Claude with integrated data sources and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or ongoing learning in product management, AI, or professional education preferred.
  • Familiarity with real estate professional education or career development models is a plus.
  • Self-motivated ownership mindset and comfort making high-judgment decisions independently.
