Description

  • Define and own the Marketing Cloud architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Technology leaders to translate strategic goals into technical solutions.
  • Lead the transition toward AI-driven marketing platforms and decisioning systems.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of complex Marketing Cloud solutions, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Content Builder.
  • Architect integrations between Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and external systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Design data models and segmentation strategies that support advanced personalization.
  • Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Introduce and apply Generative AI capabilities for dynamic content generation, campaign optimization, and automated journey orchestration.
  • Design and implement AI-powered personalization strategies, including real-time segmentation using Data Cloud and Einstein AI use cases.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for Marketing Cloud developers and administrators.
  • Establish governance frameworks for data quality, coding standards, and AI model usage and ethics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in digital marketing technology, including at least 5 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and marketing automation best practices.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Architect certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and long-term goals.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues and innovative solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt strategies to changing business needs.
