Description

  • Set up new content items across applicable platforms and maintain an error rate below 3%.
  • Audit new product releases to verify key data points before they go live on websites.
  • Set up and maintain monthly webinars.
  • Prepare and release content to the Content Management team for online setup.
  • Collaborate with the Regulatory team to resolve discrepancies and errors.
  • Process invoices for vendors, subject matter experts, and speakers in IPayables.
  • Support customer content cases and coordinate corrections with the Content team.
  • Prepare and send contracts through Adobe Sign.
  • Review content submissions to ensure they meet format standards.
  • Track project information in Monday.com and maintain accurate content library filing systems.
  • Review, update, and create SOPs for Learning Operations processes.
  • Perform quality checks on newly released products, including description review and functionality testing.
  • Identify process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist with pilot panel time studies to support CE hour calculations for NCBTMB approval.
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent applicable experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, content production, editorial, accreditation, management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Basic HTML coding proficiency.
  • Experience with AI tools is preferred.
  • Experience with project management software, preferably Monday.com.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a track record of identifying process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability in managing projects and tasks.
