Description

  • Define and execute the overall go-to-market strategy for Atlas Oracle.
  • Craft and maintain the brand narrative and market positioning across all channels.
  • Monitor the oracle competitive landscape and develop targeted messaging against incumbent providers.
  • Lead the creation of technical and business content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and deep-dives.
  • Design and run GTM campaigns for target segments such as BNB Chain-native protocols, new DeFi launches, and lending platforms.
  • Build and optimize data-driven demand generation campaigns across digital, social, and crypto-native channels.
  • Partner with L1/L2 ecosystems and protocols on co-marketing initiatives and ecosystem growth.
  • Equip the business development team with pitch decks, battle cards, and objection-handling materials.
  • Lead marketing for new product and feature launches, including the hybrid push/pull oracle model.
  • Track marketing KPIs, competitor trends, and market intelligence to inform strategy and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing or growth roles within Web3, DeFi, or blockchain infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of how smart contracts, lending protocols, and DEXs use oracle data.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies for technical products.
  • Experience positioning challenger brands against established market leaders.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to growth strategy.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with tools such as DeFi Llama and SimilarWeb (preferred).
  • Familiarity with concepts such as TWAP calculations, peg validation, and cryptographic security models (preferred).
