Description

  • Explore and apply advanced GenAI techniques, including large language models and agentic AI, to solve complex organizational challenges.
  • Lead project execution by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang to address product and business needs.
  • Architect scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies and industry best practices.
  • Mentor team members on design principles, coding standards, and AI productivity tools adoption.
  • Debug complex technical issues to improve system reliability, scalability, and operability.
  • Review feature designs across teams for security, scalability, and architectural integrity.
  • Build pipelines that integrate with third-party vendors and streamline workflows.
  • Use generative AI tools and copilots responsibly in daily work and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proven experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs.
  • Strong technical skills in system design and coding.
  • Deep understanding of high-quality code and software engineering processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for building an open financial system that unites the world.
  • Experience with generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean.
  • Preferred: experience navigating rapid company growth from startup to mid-size.
  • Preferred: familiarity with GenAI frameworks and tools, Python, GoLang, Docker, Postgres, and MongoDB.
  • Preferred: background in AI/LLM infrastructure.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $186,065 to $218,900 USD, excluding equity and bonus.
  • Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility.

  • Remote-first flexibility for many roles, with required in-person participation for team and company offsites.
  • Attendance at multiple annual offsites is fully supported.
