Description

Own and deliver the end-to-end learning and development strategy aligned to business goals and regulatory requirements.
Develop a modern learning ecosystem using microlearning, self-directed pathways, and blended virtual and in-person delivery.
Design and deliver learning content across multiple formats with a focus on accessibility, scalability, and impact.
Build AI capability across the organization by creating learning pathways for literacy, adoption, and responsible use.
Enable leaders, managers, functional teams, and customer-facing teams through targeted development programs and capability frameworks.
Partner with People & Culture, business leaders, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and deliver solutions.
Oversee compliance learning, governance, regulatory alignment, and audit readiness.
Manage the LMS and learning technologies, including optimization, integrations, and learner experience.
Curate and manage external learning vendors for specialized training needs.
Track, analyze, and report on learning impact, capability uplift, and adoption metrics to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Organizational Psychology or Organizational Development is preferred.
5+ years of experience in learning and development.
Experience procuring and managing external training vendors.
Knowledge of instructional design and behavioral science.
Hands-on experience with learning and development techniques and technologies.
Experience developing training programs for both online and offline delivery.
Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating scalable learning programs for a global audience.
Experience in highly regulated industries or technology.
Broad knowledge of L&D trends and best practices.
Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline or similar design software.
Experience working within an Organizational Development function.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Facilitation skills for both in-person and remote delivery.
Experience administering Learning Management Systems, with strong preference for Absorb.
Exposure to audits.
Experience developing learning courses.
