Description

Design, develop, and maintain secure, highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable backend systems and AI-powered platforms on AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build backend services, shared experiences, and scalable workflows.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code and ensure quality through unit and integration testing.
Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, and improve long-term system reliability.
Independently design scalable backend systems and guide technical implementation.
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical discussions.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on backend engineering and REST API development.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and hands-on experience with Golang.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Strong knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture, design patterns, and testing practices.
3+ years of experience building applications on AWS and using Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform.
3+ years of experience working with NoSQL or relational databases (RDBMS).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and secure coding practices.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced Agile environments.
Experience building AI or machine learning applications, Temporal, or DevOps practices is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
