Description

  • Analyze business performance, operational efficiency, financial drivers, and strategic KPIs to support decision-making.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights and analytical recommendations.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track performance against business targets.
  • Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to identify trends, variances, risks, opportunities, and initiative impacts.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define objectives, metrics, and analytical needs.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, finance, and analytics teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or performance management roles.
  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language, such as Python.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools, preferably Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with financial or business performance management analytics (preferred).
  • Familiarity with forecasting, statistical analysis, and scenario modeling (preferred).
  • Experience with cloud-based data environments such as AWS (preferred).
  • Experience with data pipelines, automation, or orchestration tools such as Airflow (preferred).
  • Exposure to big data or distributed processing frameworks such as Spark or PySpark (preferred).
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organization (preferred).
