Description

  • Provide production support, continuous monitoring, and incident resolution for US regional applications.
  • Write and troubleshoot SQL DDL and DML queries in Oracle database environments.
  • Analyze server and application logs using Splunk, Dynatrace, and similar tools.
  • Create and optimize monitoring dashboards and alerts for proactive incident detection.
  • Support CI/CD and deployment activities using GitHub and Jenkins.
  • Troubleshoot applications and maintain required infrastructure and tools.
  • Follow ITIL processes for incidents, problems, and RFCs.
  • Support business-critical applications with strict availability and SLA requirements.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in production support or related technical support roles.
  • Advanced Oracle Database knowledge and strong SQL skills, including DDL, DML, joins, aggregate functions, and CASE statements.
  • Experience with Linux-based infrastructure and cloud services.
  • Strong server and application log monitoring and debugging skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring tools.
  • Experience creating and optimizing monitoring alerts and dashboards.
  • Experience using GitHub for code debugging and Jenkins for deployments.
  • Experience setting up tools and required infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, including incidents, problems, and RFCs.
  • Experience supporting 24/7 production environments and familiarity with Data Management and Analytics environments preferred.
