Description

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to software development teams across the software development lifecycle.
  • Design and implement robust, maintainable, and scalable applications using modern engineering and architecture principles.
  • Review code, establish development best practices, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive technical decisions related to application architecture, APIs, integrations, performance, and scalability.
  • Identify technical risks and dependencies and implement solutions to support successful delivery.
  • Mentor developers and support the growth and development of the engineering team.
  • Support CI/CD practices, automated testing, deployment processes, and software delivery quality.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and improve development processes and technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with significant experience in technical leadership roles.
  • Strong experience designing and developing enterprise-grade software applications.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, clean code, and scalable system design.
  • Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring software engineers.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
  • Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures (preferred).
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Experience with modern full-stack development technologies (preferred).
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and high-volume systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and practices (preferred).
  • Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams (preferred).
