Description

  • Lead solution design, implementation, and support for transportation management solutions across OTM modules.
  • Gather business requirements and conduct GAP analysis workshops to define scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and manage integration mapping specifications using XML, ANSI, EDIFACT, and RosettaNet standards.
  • Coordinate development and DevOps execution for transport solution integrations and delivery.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, suppliers, and testing teams throughout project delivery.
  • Support testing automation, customer enablement, migration initiatives, and post-go-live support.
  • Lead customer workshops, solution design sessions, technical consulting, and user acceptance activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 20+ years of experience in transportation systems, solution architecture, or enterprise IT consulting roles.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including planning, execution, supply chain visibility, and freight audit capabilities.
  • Experience with OTM Cloud implementations, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations and one on-premises to cloud migration.
  • Proven experience delivering 8–10 full lifecycle implementations, including at least 3 Agile/DevOps-based implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of ANSI, EDIFACT, RosettaNet, XML, and B2B integration standards.
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, Jira, Scrum, and Kanban project management practices.
  • Strong understanding of transport ancillary systems such as HERE, Transporeon, Centiro, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with .NET-based enterprise integrations or transport solution customization (preferred).
  • Familiarity with transportation platforms such as Kewill, Blue Yonder, or equivalent logistics systems (preferred).
  • Experience automating testing frameworks and supporting user training/documentation (preferred).
  • Experience implementing transportation solutions across multiple global regions (preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience noted for the role.
