Description

  • Help clients with cloud migration projects and platform modernization initiatives.
  • Support software teams by setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Build and operate scalable, automated cloud platforms.
  • Provision and support cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code.
  • Design, maintain, and work with containerisation and orchestration platforms, ideally Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with external partners and engineering teams on requirements and designs.
  • Apply logging, monitoring, service design, and observability practices to troubleshoot and optimize systems.
  • Take technical ownership of platform initiatives and drive delivery across multiple teams.
  • Work in a sustainable and secure way across platform operations.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience with scalable cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including EKS, IAM, VPC, networking, Route53, ALB/NLB, RDS, and S3.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD tools such as Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with containerisation technologies and orchestration platforms, ideally Kubernetes.
  • Experience working with external partners on requirements and scalable designs.
  • Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools and practices.
  • Experience in service design and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic.
  • Strong commitment to sustainable and secure engineering practices.
  • Bonus: experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Bonus: basic programming knowledge in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
  • Bonus: experience running performance and load tests at scale and forecasting capacity.
