Description

  • Build, integrate, and operate resilient cloud-hosted services.
  • Design and deliver secure, scalable, maintainable services built to SLA standards.
  • Integrate cloud services with on-premise systems and agents.
  • Develop complex API integrations, including work with rate-limited and legacy APIs.
  • Write resilient, observable, production-grade code.
  • Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Contribute to software craftsmanship and test-driven development practices.
  • Support reliability-focused delivery and production operation of services.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET Framework.
  • Strong experience with Entity Framework for data access and persistence.
  • Experience hosting and orchestrating services using Azure Container Apps.
  • Experience integrating on-premise systems and agents with cloud-hosted services.
  • Solid grounding in API integration, including rate-limited APIs and legacy/on-premise systems.
  • Understanding of multi-tenant authentication, authorisation, and throttling patterns.
  • Strong command of TDD and software craftsmanship principles.
  • Experience working to reliability and SLA standards.
  • Comfortable working in agile teams with iterative delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, delivery, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tooling (desirable).
  • Experience integrating with Databricks (desirable).
