Description

  • Own and evolve the squad product roadmap from discovery through delivery.
  • Lead product direction in close collaboration with design and engineering.
  • Drive roadmap execution for AI-assisted code generation, inline editing, and intelligent planning modes.
  • Define success metrics for AI features and iterate based on data.
  • Engage customers regularly to gather feedback and inform product decisions.
  • Solve customer problems directly, including manual, non-scalable work when needed to learn quickly.
  • Stay current on the AI developer tools landscape and emerging products.
  • Use AI tools in daily work to research, prototype, write, and build.
  • Develop product strategy for adjacent technical and non-technical use cases, including DevOps tooling, mobile emulation, and spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience owning technically complex products.
  • Experience working closely with engineering on technical or developer-oriented products.
  • Active daily use of AI-powered developer tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code, with informed opinions.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for an async, distributed environment.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to identify problems before being asked.
  • Organized and reliable collaborator across time zones.
  • Willingness to do manual, non-scalable work to understand customer problems before building scalable solutions.
  • Based in North America and able to work EST hours.
  • Permanent and unrestricted right to work in the country of residence without current or future sponsorship.
