Description

  • Design and develop AI agents, integrations, and related software systems for Workplace AI initiatives.
  • Build, train, and deploy machine learning models and scalable data pipelines for production use.
  • Implement computer vision and real-world AI systems, including dataset QA and labeling workflows.
  • Lead or contribute to research, publications, and knowledge-transfer activities, and develop AI/STEM curriculum and training pipelines.
  • Deliver client-facing AI solutions, enterprise integrations, and APIs as part of applied intelligence and engineering engagements.

Requirements

  • Generalist Software Engineer: 2–4 years of experience; Specialist Software Engineer: 4–6+ years (Work AI).
  • Generalist CV & Software Engineer: 2–4 years; Specialist CV & Software Engineer: 5+ years (Physical AI).
  • PhD-level research leaders with publications and global collaboration experience for Research & Knowledge Transfer roles; STEM teachers for AI/STEM curriculum pipelines.
  • Data Engineer: 3+ years experience building scalable pipelines; Data Scientist: 2–4 years for model prototyping and insights; Data Ops Specialist: 1–3 years for dataset QA and labeling workflows.
  • Machine Learning Engineer: 3–5 years for model training and deployment; Applied Intelligence Engineer: 5–7 years for client-facing AI delivery; AI Engineer: 3–5 years for enterprise integrations and APIs.
  • Strong technical foundations in Python, C++, or modern compiled languages.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenCV (etc.).
  • Curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and a mix of academic rigor, industry experience, and applied project work.
