Description

  • Oversee the health, performance, and quality of delivery across a portfolio of clients or major account.
  • Lead estimation, scope development, budget reviews, and contract delivery reviews for complex engagements.
  • Serve as a senior internal and external escalation point, defining resolution paths and coordinating cross-discipline solutions.
  • Partner with Client Engagement on client steering, issue resolution, account growth, and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Resource Management and Recruiting to staff current projects and plan for future needs.
  • Partner with Client Engagement and Business Development on organic growth, new business opportunities, pitches, and delivery plans.
  • Review project health weekly and address risks with portfolio leaders, account leads, and project leads.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop Delivery employees from Associates through Senior Directors, including performance reviews and growth plans.
  • Develop and lead Delivery training and promote continuous learning, collaboration, accountability, and morale.
  • Identify and implement process, tooling, and methodology improvements, including AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Champion the Delivery discipline and lead department-level change and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of program or delivery management experience.
  • Deep expertise in product and digital transformation delivery.
  • Proven ability to develop delivery expertise and continuous-learning cultures across teams.
  • Experience owning scope, estimation, and budget integrity for complex, high-value engagements.
  • Experience serving as a trusted escalation point for clients and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen, including revenue planning, investment decisions, and account health management.
  • Experience managing and developing Delivery professionals at all levels, including performance reviews and growth planning.
  • Experience driving department- or agency-level process and tooling improvements, including leveraging AI for innovation.
  • Understanding of multiple project management methodologies and the ability to adapt delivery approaches.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complexity into actionable delivery plans.
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, judgment, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Experience contributing to new business pitches in a senior oversight or hands-on capacity.

  • Compensation range of $220,000–$280,000, depending on experience, level, budget, and location.
