Description

  • Maintain and optimize Airtable databases to ensure data integrity, consistency, usability, and performance.
  • Design and build Airtable interfaces that support team workflows and operational goals.
  • Create, maintain, and improve automations in Airtable and connected tools such as Make and Zapier.
  • Develop integrations with third-party applications using APIs and webhooks.
  • Troubleshoot existing automations and system issues to reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and implement AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work.
  • Create and update documentation for internal systems, workflows, and processes.
  • Develop training materials and lead team training sessions on company systems.
  • Recommend new tools, workflows, and system enhancements to support long-term operational strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in operations, systems management, business process improvement, automation, or a related field.
  • Experience building and managing complex Airtable databases and workflows.
  • Experience creating automations with Airtable Automations, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • Experience integrating software platforms using APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools.
  • Experience with AI tools and emerging AI technologies (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members (preferred).
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying process improvements (preferred).
  • Availability for 20 hours per week during 8:00 AM–12:00 NN EST.
  • English proficiency rating required in the application.
