Description

  • Make outbound cold calls to managers, directors, and C-suite leaders at U.S. financial institutions.
  • Conduct brief (≈3 minute) discovery/intro conversations to present Next Branch’s ATM and self-service kiosk solutions.
  • Qualify prospects and confirm interest in learning more.
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team and ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Perform LinkedIn outbound outreach and messaging to target prospects.
  • Update and maintain HubSpot CRM records and ensure data hygiene.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the internal marketing team as needed.
  • Report calling activity and results to the VP of Marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven SDR experience (non-negotiable).
  • Strong English accent (non-negotiable).
  • Experience making outbound cold calls to U.S. financial institutions or prior experience working with U.S.-based sales teams.
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound motion and confidence running discovery-style conversations.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn for outreach and CRM management.
  • Experience with B2B marketing, revenue operations, or demand generation (preferred).
  • Availability full-time (40 hours/week) and able to work 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST.
