Description

  • Review current workflows and identify inefficiencies in how the business operates.
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes and recommend better ways to structure the work.
  • Help refine backend operations so the business is more organized and less reactive.
  • Provide ongoing transaction support across active deals from contract to close.
  • Manage MLS-related work, including listing entry and listing updates.
  • Handle contracts and support contract-related administrative work.
  • Track deadlines, file contracts correctly, and act as a transaction coordinator.
  • Write listing descriptions for properties.
  • Create social media content using existing templates and support calendar coordination.
  • Organize current listings and active projects on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • Prior real estate transaction support experience is required.
  • Must be able to work 20 hours per week.
  • Must be available in CST time zone.
  • Must have experience with Zip Forms.
  • Must have experience with MLS.
  • Must have experience with ClickUp.
  • Should not require system training on the core tools.
  • Should be able to bring process improvement ideas, not just execute tasks.
  • Experience with listing-related marketing support is preferred.
  • Experience with Canva, Gmail/G Suite, DocuSign, ShowingTime, later.com, e-blast tools, and Evite is relevant.
