Description

Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts across web, mobile, and backend systems.
Perform manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and exploratory cycles.
Identify edge cases, usability issues, and defects through thorough testing from multiple perspectives.
Document bugs clearly so developers can reproduce and resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the sprint and release cycle.
Advocate for quality from requirements gathering through post-release monitoring.
Own the end-to-end testing process for assigned features and releases.
Recommend improvements to QA processes, testing strategies, and tooling to improve product quality.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on QA experience with strong test case creation and defect management skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments with familiarity in SDLC.
Experience using QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
Strong communication skills with the ability to document bugs and collaborate effectively.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (preferred).
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman (preferred).
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment (preferred).
Must be available full-time, 40 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Must provide a CEFR English proficiency rating during the application process.
