Description

  • Collaborate with Implementation Managers to support and manage more than 10 monday.com clients per week.
  • Design and build client workflows in monday.com.
  • Identify and remove inefficiencies, redundancies, isolation, and work silos in client processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide customer service through email, video calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Research monday.com best practices using the app marketplace, internal tools, and third-party APIs.
  • Implement useful integrations and automations to optimize workflows.
  • Help clients develop and refine processes and procedures for maximum efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support client success.
  • Track calls, action items, and follow-ups with clear note-taking.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager, Solutions Architect, or in a similar role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a startup environment building processes, procedures, and teams.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with monday.com.
  • Experience providing professional services to clients.
  • Familiarity with customer success in a technology or software-related field.
  • Experience with make.com or Zapier.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of operations such as HR, recruiting, marketing, sales, or customer success.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
  • Excellent internal communication skills and a customer-oriented personality.
