Description

  • Build automations for client processes based on customer briefs and requirements.
  • Join or support Zoom calls with clients to gather automation needs and clarify expectations.
  • Translate vague business requirements into working automation solutions.
  • Rapidly prototype, build, and deploy automations into production.
  • Work independently with minimal hand-holding and high ownership.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous or messy situations using strong critical thinking.
  • Use the client’s existing monitoring and tracking setup to support compliance.
  • Provide tangible examples of deployed work during interviews.

Requirements

  • Experience building automations for client processes.
  • Experience joining or supporting Zoom calls with clients to discuss automation needs.
  • Ability to translate vague business requirements into working solutions.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype, build, and deploy automations to production.
  • High-agency, autonomous working style with minimal supervision.
  • Strong critical thinking and comfort working in messy or ambiguous situations.
  • Claude Code experience is required.
  • n8n experience is required.
  • Experience with AI-native or AI-enabled work and very strong technical ability.
  • Experience with Insightful, Zapier, Apify, Codex, no-code tools, Gumloop, or similar tools is preferred.
