Description

  • Perform manual penetration testing of web applications, APIs, internal and external networks, and iOS and Android mobile applications.
  • Work as part of a pentest team and collaborate directly with clients.
  • Document the results of assessments, audits, tests, and verification activities in detail.
  • Perform manual validation of identified vulnerabilities.
  • Test mobile and web applications for OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
  • Participate in Cobalt's onboarding, technical assessment, and platform setup process before starting client work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of pentesting or similar experience.
  • Strong understanding of application security.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and respectful collaboration with others.
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
  • Desire to become an expert in the field.
  • Collaborative spirit.
  • This is a freelance, part-time position.
  • Applicants must reside in the UK, Germany, or Nordic countries.
  • Certifications such as CREST, PenTest+, GPEN, CEH, OSCP, AWS, CISSP, eCPPT, eWAPT, OSCE, or OSWE are a plus.
  • This is not an entry-level position.
