Description

  • Manage a team of 6-10 consultants and managers.
  • Oversee career development, performance management, and hiring decisions for the team.
  • Develop team expertise in assessment, technical, and consulting skills.
  • Serve as a key member of the account management team for one or more major client accounts.
  • Partner with the Account Director and sales representatives to support revenue growth.
  • Support the sales process with scoping input, contract language, and subject matter expertise.
  • Build strong relationships with account stakeholders.
  • Own project success metrics such as staff utilization and delivery excellence.
  • Monitor and drive progress across multiple projects in the team’s book of business.
  • Maintain credibility as a FedRAMP expert and deepen knowledge of client business and compliance needs.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of compliance experience as an assessment, advisory, or industry professional.
  • 5 years of experience with FedRAMP, DoD Cloud SRG, or CMMC.
  • 2 years of assessment-specific experience.
  • 2-5 years of management experience in professional services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
  • CISSP certification.
  • Required to hold, and strongly preferred to already have, a second A2LA R311 required certification.
  • Product-specific cloud certifications such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, or IBM are preferred.
  • Additional preferred certifications include CASP+, GCED, GCIH, GSLC, CISA, CISM, CCSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSMP, CFR, and CCISO.
  • Baltimore Cyber Range (BCR) Cyber Technical Proficiency Testing Activity is listed as an additional certification option.
