Description

  • Build systems that simplify healthcare operations and improve real-world health outcomes.
  • Own work end to end, from understanding the problem through delivery and measurement.
  • Make informed technical and product decisions with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Adopt and evangelize AI in both personal workflow and product solutions.
  • Help define and maintain development practices that support fast iteration and quality.
  • Write tests and document key implementations to support maintainable software.
  • Collaborate with product managers, operators, clinicians, and operational teams to define and develop new features.
  • Engage directly with users and stakeholders to understand needs and shape solutions.
  • Work across different technical systems and contribute to scalable, mature system design.
  • Build and refactor complex, often distributed systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more common programming languages.
  • Familiarity with databases and web frontend technologies.
  • Experience building systems with AI agents as collaborators.
  • Passion for the impact AI can have in technology.
  • Ability to work with maturity, rigor, and attention to scalability.
  • Comfort working across different technical systems and concerns.
  • Experience building and refactoring complex, often distributed systems.
  • Ability to connect technical work to business and user outcomes.
  • Experience with relevant education, work experience, or certifications may affect final pay determination.
