Description

  • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Operations, and Tech teams to improve the effectiveness of Clover’s rewards programs.
  • Analyze and refine the rewards structure to encourage preventive care, chronic condition management, and sustained member engagement.
  • Identify friction in the end-to-end member rewards experience and design solutions across digital and operational touchpoints.
  • Serve as a Product Owner for incentives-related improvements across the portal, app, and call center workflows.
  • Build and maintain reporting on program performance and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives, including timelines, risks, and follow-through from idea through launch.
  • Structure ambiguous problems, synthesize stakeholder input, and communicate recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Help drive programs that improve incentive effectiveness and program scalability.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, BizOps, or a strategy/operations role.
  • Experience working with data and using it to inform decisions.
  • Strong structured thinking and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
  • Comfort collaborating across teams and influencing without formal authority.
  • Willingness to move from advising to owning execution.
  • Experience in a strategy role or consulting background is preferred.
  • Final compensation may depend on education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, and market data.
