Description

  • Discuss and help shape architecture strategies to deliver customer solutions.
  • Improve team technical productivity, reliability, and simplicity.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of automated test suites.
  • Investigate and debug production issues deeply.
  • Design and develop load tests, benchmarks, tools, and procedures to improve reliability.
  • Mentor and support engineers on the team to help them grow in their careers.
  • Evaluate and deploy essential software tools, processes, and metrics.
  • Contribute actively to engineering-wide initiatives across CloudWalk.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in developing software using Rust.
  • Experience operating critical infrastructure and working with major cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, and Terraform.
  • Experience developing databases and/or data-intensive applications.
  • Knowledge of the Brazilian payments ecosystem.
  • Experience building parallel and distributed systems.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Advanced English communication skills for internal communication with a diverse, multinational team.
  • Experience with AI-enabled or fintech environments is a plus.
