Description

  • Research core users through direct and indirect methods.
  • Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer outcomes.
  • Develop research-backed product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Lead customer discovery, journey mapping, and identification of key user tasks.
  • Align R&D, go-to-market, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product Design teams around customer-focused solutions.
  • Iteratively identify, validate, and define solutions to user challenges.
  • Promote product-led decision-making and improve product practices across CloudTalk.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B product management experience, preferably in audio, visual, or omnichannel communication.
  • Experience working with manager and operational user personas.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable changes in user behavior and business metrics.
  • Ability to communicate the business value, risks, user flows, and impact of complex, multi-phase initiatives.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with both frontline Sales or Support managers and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to use AI in workflows such as discovery synthesis, specification drafting, and competitive analysis while applying sound human judgment.
  • Ability to identify incorrect or unreliable AI-generated outputs and take ownership of delivered work.
  • Stress resilience, focus, and strong organizational skills.
