Description

  • Assist with the deployment of CAPEX investments to support infrastructure growth ahead of demand.
  • Collaborate with project managers, capacity planning, finance, and security teams on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage third-party vendors and contractors and hold them accountable to performance and SLA commitments.
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, optimization, and automation across DCIM operations.
  • Administer the Nlyte workflow and work order process, including issuing, tracking, and closing physical MAC tickets.
  • Enforce adherence to physical change and workflow procedures across global technicians.
  • Maintain daily data entry, automated asset discovery, and inventory reconciliation to ensure high data accuracy.
  • Own the asset lifecycle data chain from receiving and scanning through deployment and decommissioning.
  • Maintain the Nlyte Materials Catalog with validated hardware resource profiles for new models.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to global technicians on Nlyte mobile tools, scanning tools, and workflow procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management or DCIM administration; Nlyte experience is a strong advantage.
  • Direct experience administering workflow or change management systems with discipline and process enforcement in a multi-site environment.
  • Experience with change management in ERP and asset management transformation efforts.
  • Experience operating in a high-velocity environment across geographically dispersed data centers and time zones.
  • High proficiency in physical inventory control, including barcode and RFID systems.
  • Deep familiarity with data center infrastructure, including server hardware, network hardware, rack elevation/density, and power distribution.
  • Knowledge of structured cabling and cabling standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, or basic SQL.
  • Experience writing SOPs for remote hands technicians and training or guiding remote teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
