Description

  • Maintain clinical tracking systems accurately and keep project records up to date.
  • Prepare, handle, distribute, collect, file, and archive clinical documentation and reports in line with SOPs and scope of work.
  • Stay current on regulatory and operational aspects relevant to assigned clinical projects.
  • Support clinical study application processes and provide updates on applicable local regulations when needed.
  • Prepare and request approvals from local authorities.
  • Oversee and manage agreements with hospitals and investigational centers.
  • Support the preparation, handling, distribution, and tracking of clinical trial supplies and related logistics.
  • Track and manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and clinical data flow.
  • Organize Investigator’s Meetings and Monitor’s Meetings and support follow-up on monitor activities.
  • Oversee site payments and act as a tutor for Clinical Trial Administrators I when required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of clinical research experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good knowledge of clinical trial operations, GCP/ICH guidelines, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of English and local language(s).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with clinical study application processes and local regulatory submissions is preferred.
  • Experience supporting feasibility activities may be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work permanently/on an ongoing basis in an in-house team setting.
