Description

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake core system.
  • Develop and deploy automated workflows across departments using tools such as JHA Enterprise Workflow.
  • Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable automation solutions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on workflow best practices and governance.
  • Develop documentation and training materials for automated processes, including flow diagrams, SOPs, and risk assessments.
  • Partner with the Core Banking Systems Administrator on managing core changes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates ecosystem.
  • Work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows meet regulatory and business requirements.
  • Stay informed of regulatory requirements and complete mandatory compliance and IT training.
  • Monitor for suspicious activity and collaborate with relevant departments to help prevent fraud.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis.
  • Prior experience with banking core systems.
  • Proven experience with workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry Silverlake.
  • Experience with Finastra’s Decision Pro preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance standards, and customer service workflows.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with Excel, databases, and form-building tools.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States during Eastern Standard Hours.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the U.S. for company events.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Must be a non-smoker or commit to cessation within 90 days of offer acceptance.
