Description

  • Manage video projects from assignment through completion.
  • Track deadlines, revisions, deliverables, and project status.
  • Perform quality assurance on videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting.
  • Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors.
  • Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients.
  • Maintain organized workflows and communication across the team.
  • Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management and time-management skills.
  • Experience in sales and/or account management.
  • Confidence and professionalism on prospective client calls.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Experience in creative operations, video editing or QA, video production, agency work, or performance marketing preferred.

Benefits

  • $2,000–$3,000 USD per month, depending on experience.
  • Full-time remote contractor position.
