Description

  • Set up and launch ad campaigns with correct targeting, bidding, and creative implementation while maintaining high setup accuracy.
  • Follow detailed instructions from Senior Media Buyers to execute campaigns according to plan.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies to avoid disapprovals or penalties.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily by reviewing CTR, CPA, ROI, and other key metrics.
  • Report performance issues, anomalies, or dips to a Senior Media Buyer immediately.
  • Make minor campaign optimizations such as bid adjustments, creative swaps, and targeting tweaks under senior guidance.
  • Run and document A/B tests, ensuring all variables are tracked accurately.
  • Prepare accurate weekly client reports using data from ad platforms, Hyros, and other tools.
  • Assist with post-campaign analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative, tracking, and strategy teams and provide regular status updates to management.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and strategies.
  • Experience with tracking tools such as Hyros or Google Tag Manager is preferred.
  • Beginner certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or YouTube Ads are a bonus.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
  • Experience in performance marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Comfort using Slack for client and internal communication and participating in weekly full-team meetings, daily stand-ups, and quarterly in-person events.
