Description

  • Enhance and scale the high-performance ClickPipes data onboarding platform to handle increasing volumes of data in real time.
  • Own and evolve infrastructure across multiple cloud providers (currently AWS, with expansion to GCP and Azure).
  • Drive improvements to deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational processes.
  • Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions that impact platform scalability and resilience.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents to maintain system reliability.
  • Continuously improve systems using operational metrics, customer feedback, and changing business requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to build and maintain the infrastructure powering ClickPipes.
  • Take initiative and drive projects forward with significant autonomy and ownership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience building as a backend engineer.
  • Experience with Golang.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes and distributed systems.
  • Experience with Terraform or a comparable Infrastructure-as-Code tool.
  • Solid knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred; experience or willingness to work with GCP and Azure is a plus).
  • Strong production debugging and operational troubleshooting skills.
  • Customer-focused approach that uses feedback and insights to inform product and platform improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • High autonomy, attention to detail, a founder’s mindset, and a track record of delivering polished, high-quality outcomes.
