Description

  • Travel within the US more than 50% of the time to support field marketing activities, with travel expected to decrease as the team grows.
  • Collaborate with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy to design and execute integrated field events.
  • Translate demand generation strategies into events and experiences that support attendance, engagement, and business goals.
  • Work with engineering, product, sales leaders, and external partners to develop content, promotional strategies, co-hosted events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-site execution for trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars.
  • Develop and implement event campaigns that include audience segmentation, promotional tactics, and follow-up strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on field marketing campaign and event performance to improve strategy and outcomes.
  • Maintain a detailed event calendar and identify new event opportunities aligned with marketing priorities.
  • Coordinate event logistics and materials, including booth properties, graphics, promotional items, equipment, transportation, and setup.
  • Provide internal teams with clear event guidance, responsibilities, and task assignments to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in the database or data analytics industry is required.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline generation and brand awareness through field marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience organizing small and large-scale events.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on marketing program effectiveness.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams on objectives, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs.
