Description

  • Collaborate and communicate with product teams, BAs, testers, and other stakeholders to understand product features.
  • Decompose large epic stories into features and user stories that can be reviewed and approved by the development team.
  • Lead and facilitate product backlog refinement sessions.
  • Support backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, and backlog organization.
  • Support user acceptance testing and related product validation activities.
  • Build trust, respect, and rapport with technical and non-technical team members.
  • Work with stakeholders to align product work across new and existing projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner in a complex environment.
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment with a strong Agile mindset.
  • Good understanding of cloud technologies; AWS or Azure certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, GenAI, and/or artificial intelligence.
  • Scrum certification such as CSM or CSPO strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with offshore teams.
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools.
  • Prior experience working as a business analyst preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Able to work East Coast hours from a home office in the US.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; no subcontracting or visa sponsorship.
