Description

  • Act as a liaison between partners and customers to support real estate valuation services.
  • Assign orders to real estate professionals who meet service level expectations and customer requirements.
  • Negotiate fees and contracts with real estate professionals.
  • Follow up on orders and help ensure customer milestones are met.
  • Remove obstacles that delay deliveries and keep records and progress reports updated.
  • Communicate professionally with real estate professionals across multiple communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed notes in company records.
  • Foster positive vendor relationships and support smooth partner operations.

Requirements

  • Positive, friendly, and optimistic demeanor.
  • Sense of urgency, responsiveness, and attentiveness.
  • Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong computer proficiency with computer programs and internet applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work additional scheduled hours when needed.
