Description

  • Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to define and deliver end-to-end user experiences for digital products and marketing websites.
  • Work conceptually and iteratively with direction and feedback from Design Directors to evolve design solutions.
  • Execute high-quality visual design across a wide array of client projects, ensuring consistency with brand and product goals.
  • Define opportunities and experience requirements by understanding business context, market opportunities, and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to visualize complete user flows and interactions.
  • Develop innovative design concepts for both product and marketing-facing experiences.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to oversee design implementation and ensure the final product matches design intent and quality standards.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to raise design quality and craft across the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital design experience in an agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user experience, visual design, and branding work for digital products.
  • Proven ability to solve complex UX problems and translate strategy into premier visual design solutions.
  • Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes to represent full user flows.
  • Experience developing innovative design concepts for digital products and marketing websites.
  • Ability to define product opportunities and experience requirements by understanding business intricacies, market opportunities, and user needs.
  • Experience collaborating with front-end developers to ensure quality implementation of designs.
  • Experience mentoring junior designers or providing design leadership.
  • Excellent written English skills; fluency in spoken English is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in a timezone within a 2-hour range of CET.
