Description

  • Travel to apartment communities across the United States for 30-50 day assignments.
  • Serve as the leasing agent for assigned communities and lease apartments during each placement.
  • Conduct apartment tours and interact with prospective residents.
  • Help owners develop and implement leasing and marketing plans for their properties.
  • Provide top-quality property management and leasing support to client communities.
  • Represent CLASS and maintain a positive, professional presence on site.
  • Complete training at the Atlanta home office before beginning assignments.
  • Use updated marketing ideas and industry resources to support leasing efforts.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel for 30-50 days at a time.
  • Ability to conduct tours and walk up to 3 miles per day.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • No leasing or real estate industry experience required.
  • Willingness to complete a rigorous training program in Atlanta.
  • Ability to work in a traveling, assignment-based role.
  • Positive mental attitude and team-oriented mindset preferred.
