Description

  • Lead technical discovery, analysis workshops, solution architecture, and implementation planning.
  • Provide architectural leadership, subject-matter expertise, consulting, and assurance to delivery teams.
  • Direct business process design, requirements validation, integration design, data migration, testing, and deployment.
  • Guide Salesforce solution architecture through successful implementation and deployment.
  • Define third-party integration approaches, technical specifications, authentication methods, and testing practices.
  • Document business and technical requirements for software, interfaces, reports, forms, configuration, and process changes.
  • Develop and validate technical specifications for custom development and integrations.
  • Create tools, products, assets, and processes that improve delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Advise on deployment practices for configuration data, metadata, and code across environments.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, product, development, and internal teams; mentor junior staff.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce.com platform.
  • 3–5 years of experience leading client implementations or working with system integration partners.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Developer certifications.
  • Detailed knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and end-to-end implementation practices.
  • Experience integrating third-party applications through Salesforce APIs.
  • Understanding of data conversion and migration methodologies, including ETL and data loader tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CLI plugins and Salesforce DevOps Center or equivalent solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile or modified-Agile environments and meeting time constraints.
  • Ability to travel within the United States and Canada as needed.
  • Preferred: cloud certifications, REST API and SSO experience with Okta or Azure AD, solution architecture expertise, implementation methodologies, data integrity practices, and Visio or Excel data visualization experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $116,000–$155,000 CAD.
  • Remote work environment with occasional company or departmental travel, typically 1–2 times per year.
