Description

  • Develop relationships with leads and target personas across prospective biotechnology and pharmaceutical accounts.
  • Consult with industry stakeholders on how to solve business problems using data, technology, and analytics.
  • Map stakeholder influence in target accounts and identify decision-makers and budget holders.
  • Position Claritas as the preferred provider by tailoring value propositions to stakeholder needs and priorities.
  • Transition outreach relationships into capabilities presentations and converted sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to sales targeting, alignment, and opportunity management activities.
  • Track sales activity and opportunity status in the CRM to maintain an up-to-date pipeline view.
  • Represent Claritas’ expertise, culture, and values in external-facing interactions and events.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and other teams to align sales materials and company messaging.
  • Support business development efforts focused on new logo acquisition in the biopharma segment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a commercial capacity at a pharma/biotech manufacturer, vendor/service provider, health tech start-up, or healthcare consulting role.
  • Experience working in or selling to Market Access, Trade/Distribution, Commercial Analytics, and/or Patient Services functions.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical data, analytics, and AI SaaS solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical market access, commercial analytics, and/or patient services functions.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills and success selling a portfolio of technology solutions to pharmaceutical companies.
  • Proven success working with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
