Description

  • Support delivery of complex ERP, digital and business transformation programmes across client engagements.
  • Lead or contribute to workstreams spanning project delivery, business analysis, PMO, testing, change management and transformation.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a delivery partner.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions and collaborative design sessions.
  • Translate business needs and strategic objectives into practical plans and deliverables.
  • Coordinate activities across teams, suppliers and stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across programmes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and help clients realise long-term transformation benefits.
  • Identify opportunities to extend client value and support business growth.
  • Contribute to Civiteq’s methodologies, toolkits and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering complex ERP, digital or business transformation programmes.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience in complex organisational environments.
  • Expertise in at least one discipline such as business analysis, project management, PMO, testing or change management.
  • Ability to work across multiple delivery disciplines and adapt to client needs.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and engaging diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop practical solutions to complex challenges.
  • Experience managing programme risks, issues, dependencies and delivery activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities to add client value.
  • Experience in local government, the public sector or major transformation programmes is advantageous; knowledge of Oracle Fusion, SAP, Unit4, Microsoft Dynamics or Workday is desirable.

  • £50,000–£60,000 annual salary.
  • Fully remote role with travel to client sites as required.
  • 5% employer pension contribution when the employee contributes 3%.
